What youll be doing Carry out planned maintenance across a range of production machinery Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns Maximise machine performance to minimise downtime Complete both mechanical and electrical installations and repairs Monitor equipment for faults and report issues to site management Accurately log daily progress in the CMMS system Troubleshoot and fault find to resolve issues quickly Ensure high standards of Health & Safety compliance at all times Hours 4 on 4 off shift pattern, Night Shifts, 17:30 - 05:30 Pay £44,500 - £48,500 per annum Skills/Experience Required Recognised engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline Minimum 12 months experience as a maintenance engineer in manufacturing, production, or recycling (or similar industrial background) Strong Health & Safety awareness Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively Benefits Company pension Free on-site parking Overtime available Training provided Performance bonus Cycle to work scheme Life insurance Employer funded training Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
