Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Doncaster Panama Shift Pattern (Days & Nights) £45,000 per annum Travis Talent is proud to be partnered with a leading Doncaster-based manufacturing business as they look to strengthen their engineering team with the appointment of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing production environment where you'll play a key role in minimising downtime and supporting the continued reliability and efficiency of a modern, well-equipped facility. What Youll Be Doing: Responding to both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of production equipment Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective electrical and mechanical repairs Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to equipment upgrades Working closely with production and engineering teams to maintain operational efficiency Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures What We're Looking For: Time-served Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical skillsets Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment Strong fault-finding ability and confident working independently Flexible and reliable team player with a can-do approach Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Whats On Offer: Competitive salary of £45,000 Panama shift pattern offering a great work-life balance Stable and growing business with strong investment in people and machinery Supportive team culture and opportunities for professional development
