This regional Facilities Services company is expanding due to a new contract win and is now looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team covering the Birmingham region.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail units, offices, and student Accommodation.

Typical works include: Plumbing repairs & maintenance Carpentry & joinery Painting & decorating Patch plastering Tiling & flooring Roofing repairs External & groundwork maintenance You will require a full driving licence as this is a mobile role, and a vehicle will be provided.

Ideally, be a qualified tradesperson with a good range of trades skills as mentioned above.
