Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Day shift: 07:00 to 17:30 / Late shift: 16:00 to 02:00)
Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join a prestigious site in London. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all building services systems, providing both planned and reactive maintenance, and supporting the wider engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair all mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and life safety systems
*
Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS)
*
Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance to ensure compliance and building efficiency
*
Manage stock, workshop equipment, and ensure safe working practices at all times
*
Provide technical support and effective problem solving in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
*
Level 3 City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in electrical or mechanical building services
*
Additional safety/technical certifications (e.g. PAF, PASMA, IOSH, L8, CSCS) desirable
*
Previous experience in M&E systems and BMS in complex buildings
*
Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills
*
Must live within the M25
