We are recruiting on behalf of a respected facilities management company seeking an experienced and versatile Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team where you will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of multiple commercial buildings across the North East.
Job details:
* Work across a range of commercial buildings throughout the region. Responding to reactive and emergency call-outs and complete all necessary documentation.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a variety of systems, ensuring all relevant paperwork and reports are accurately completed.
* Undertake tasks involving HVAC, M&E, and minor fabric repairs.
* Take on additional duties or ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by management to support the needs of the business and its clients.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance (essential).
* Understanding of controls for HVAC, M&E and Fire alarms.
* Good knowledge of: - Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical Safety.
* Knowledge of BMS Systems (preferred).
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
* Unvented/Vented hot water (preferred).
* 18th Edition (preferred).
* Understanding emergency lighting systems, monthly testing (preferred).
* Understanding Legionella, monthly water temperatures and TMV/TMT testing (preferred).
* Be prepared to work out of hours when required and be part of the out-of-hours call-out rota (1 in 7/8).

* Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm
