We are delighted to be recruiting for a Multi Skilled Security Service & Reactive Engineer.
This is a highly rewarding field-based position within a dedicated operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electronic security systems, delivering exceptional service to a wide client base. Candidates should be self-motivated, organised, and capable of contributing positively to the wider operational team.
You will carry out preventative servicing, fault investigations, and reactive repairs on a variety of electronic security systems. The role offers career progression, ongoing development, and a healthy work-life balance, all within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventative maintenance on electronic security systems
* Conduct fault investigations and carry out reactive repairs
* Provide professional and reliable support to customers at all times
* Maintain a courteous and professional approach both on the phone and face to face
* Offer technical assistance and support to clients and team members
* Be flexible with working hours when required
* Deliver in-house training and support to other team members when necessary
* Operate in line with company values and service standards
Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience within the electronic security industry
Excellent technical knowledge of electronic security systems
Systematic and logical problem-solving skills
Ability to carry out work efficiently and to a high standard
Presentable appearance and professional conduct
Effective communication and organisational skills
Awareness and responsibility for necessary tools, equipment, and van stock
Accurate completion of job records and effective use of PDA systems
Polite, confident, and assertive telephone manner
Familiarity with London and Home Counties postcode areas
Strong customer service skills and a collaborative team mindset
Ability to lead by example and support colleagues
