Job Description
As the Multi Skilled Shift Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipmentDiagnose and resolve equipment malfunctionsImplement preventive maintenance programmesContribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processesEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsCollaborate with other team members to meet production targetsDocument all repair and maintenance workProvide technical support and training to other engineering staffThe Successful Applicant
A successful Multi Skilled Shift Engineer should have:
A minimum HNC/ONC/HND/NVQ in a relevant Engineering field.Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCGStrong skills in equipment troubleshooting and maintenanceFamiliarity with safety and environmental regulationsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsA proactive approach to problem-solvingWhat's on Offer
