As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our newly formed Maintenance/Internal Delivery Cell.About The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of works including:Minor works, small projects, and remedial/reactive tasksLifecycle and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesCompliance and value-added worksGeneral maintenance across accommodation and office spacesThis is a client-facing role, requiring strong spoken English and a professional approach.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, decorating, tiling, and building fabric maintenanceSupport fire door maintenance, PAT testing, and compliance activitiesDeliver high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced, high-status environmentConduct risk assessments and adhere to Health & Safety regulationsWork independently and as part of a rotating compliance cellAttend meetings and liaise with supervisors and clientsPerson SpecificationEssential Experience & SkillsProven experience in facilities managementSkilled in at least two trades (e.g., painting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling)Strong problem-solving and organisational skillsAbility to read schematics and plan workloadsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyKey Trade ExperienceRepairs & MaintenancePlumbingCarpentryBricklayingElectricsPlasteringPaintingQualificationsEssential:Full valid UK driving licenceNVQ Level 2 in 2–3 Multi-Trade disciplinesCity & Guilds 6217 or equivalentDesirable:Experience on MOD or military estatesFire Door Maintenance certificationPAT Testing qualificationBenefits & DiversityOur market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.
