Overview Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer covering from Taunton, Exeter and as far down as Plymouth. Planned and Reactive Maintenance to Commercial properties. Door to Door travel time paid. GBP36-40k plus overtime and call out. Company Vehicle (personal use option). Responsibilities Duties will include planned and reactive works to Internals and external parts of the property. This would be anything from -
Plumbing Carpentry Painting and Decorating Tiling Roofing and Groundworks
You will require a full driving licence as this is a mobile role and a vehicle will be provided. Qualifications / Requirements Ideally be a qualified trades or all round general builder person with a good range of trades skills as mentioned above.
