Multi-Site Field Service Engineer (Arcade / Amusement Machines)
Salary: £28,000 £32,000 + benefits
Location: Covering Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire & West London
Were looking for an experienced Arcade Engineer / Amusement Machine Technician / Field Service Engineer to join a growing team at a globally recognisedgaming brands, providing installation, maintenance, and repair services for arcade machines, gaming machines, and amusement equipment across multiple venues. This is a field-based role requiring strong technical skills, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent customer service.
The Role
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of arcade, amusement, redemption, video and coin-operated machines
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and emergency repairs
  • Install, configure, and test new gaming and arcade machines on-site
  • Manage spares, parts, and stock efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Provide training and support to venue staff
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
About You
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as an Arcade Engineer, Amusement Machine Engineer, Gaming Machine Technician, Vending Engineer or Field Service Engineer
  • Strong electromechanical fault-finding skills (PCB boards, sensors, wiring)
  • Confident with both mechanical and digital systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Hours & Rota
  • 40 hours per week on a 2-week rota:
    • Week 1: Monday Friday
    • Week 2: Monday Wednesday + Saturday & Sunday
