We are working in partnership with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a world-renowned provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their dynamic team in Dartford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with both electrical and mechanical skills, looking to develop their career with a market-leading organisation that invests in its people and technology.

Role Overview:

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across building systems and plant, ensuring compliance with statutory standards and best practices. You'll work with autonomy, using your diverse trade knowledge to solve problems, optimise systems, and deliver first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems

  • Inspect and maintain HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, and lighting systems

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies

  • Monitor and optimise building system performance

  • Supervise and inspect work completed by external contractors

  • Accurately document all maintenance tasks and repairs

  • Respond to emergency issues promptly and professionally

  • Act as a brand ambassador for CBRE, delivering high standards of customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Facilities Management or Maintenance Engineering role

  • Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance

  • Qualified in either an electrical or mechanical discipline

  • 18th Edition certified (essential)

  • Multi-trade knowledge: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general building maintenance

  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently or within a team
