Overview

Location: Borough of Tower Hamlets, London | Salary: £44,000 – £45,000 | Shift Pattern: Continental days & nights, 06:30 – 18:30 / 18:30 – 06:30

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPMs, plant checks, UPS switches and inspections
• Assisting with contractor escort and deliveries
• Fault diagnosis and repair of AHUs, FCUs and related systems
• Conducting lighting testing
• Supporting the smooth running of the site (no switching work required)

What We’re Looking For

• Basic electrical qualifications
• Proven experience with fault diagnosis in HVAC systems
• Hands-on experience with lighting testing
• A proactive, safety-conscious approach
• Experience in critical or related environments
