Multi-Skilled Engineer Job Responsibilities: * Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and driving continuous improvement. * Responding to and resolving breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime. * Monitoring equipment to ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality standards. * Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of production lines, packaging machinery, and services equipment (including boilers, pasteurisers and processors). * Performing machine modifications and plant improvements. * Basic plumbing, fabrication, and general engineering repairs. * Recording all activities accurately on CMMS systems. * Working independently with minimal supervision, while also supporting the wider engineering team.
