Your new role

Seeking an experienced Multiskilled Engineer with a Mechanical or HVAC bias to join our team and provide high-level building maintenance support for our clients. Your role will focus on maintaining and optimising Mechanical and HVAC systems, carrying out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.


What you'll need to succeed

Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (, C&G Level 3 or Level 5, NVQ, BTEC).Multi-skilled engineering experience with a strong focus on HVAC systems.Strong practical experience with building services, including Fan Motors, Belts and Filters, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), AHUs, and other HVAC equipment.Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all Mechanical and HVAC systems, including but not limited to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and water systems
