In this role you will be responsible for machine installations, service and maintenance in the UK and Europe. You will be based in Glasgow and travel to European manufacturers sites no more than once per month for no longer than a week at a time. If not in the field with clients, you will be assisting with customer enquiries, advising technically as well as relaying direct feedback from the field to the production team to help find a resolution, fixing the root cause of the issue. You will receive full product and company training and work in a role that offers variety and hands-on experience. Training will include a period of working with the production team to give you a deep understanding of the products from scratch.

This role would suit a Multi-skilled Engineer or similar looking for a role within a globally successful business that can offer European travel to meet clients, a bonus and plenty of progression opportunities.

The Role
