Job title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrically Biased)

Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Hours: Mon-Friday (7.30am – 4.30pm, 3.30pm finish on Friday)

Standby rota: 1 in 3 weeks (additional allowance applies)

An established and fast-paced food manufacturing business in the Liverpool area is looking to add an experienced Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to its site-based engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site equipment

* Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults efficiently and safely

* Supporting continuous improvement projects and minor installations

* Using CMMS to update maintenance records and schedules

* Working closely with contractors and internal teams

* Upholding site safety standards and completing risk assessments

What You’ll Need:

* A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

* Good understanding of PLC logic and fault finding

* Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics

* Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces
