Are you a mechanically or electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a mobile foot role?

We are working with a leading Facilities Management and Real Estate services company that is looking to hire a Mobile Multi-Skilled Foot Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems on-site.

The role will require strong knowledge of systems such as Air Conditioning, UPS, Generators, and LV systems, with the ability to fault find using graphical information and alarm data.

Key Responsibilities Carry out routine PPM on mechanical and electrical plant in line with site schedules. Respond to reactive tasks, including fabric-related issues, while identifying improvement opportunities. Supervise and manage sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with permits and safe working practices. Diagnose and repair plant faults quickly to keep systems operational. Maintain adequate spare parts and provide lists/timescales for remedial works. Complete paperwork for reactive and breakdown works accurately and on time.
