They deliver high-quality work, support both engineering and production teams, and focus on maximising equipment uptime and efficiency in line with KPI's, as well as:* Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance in line with safety, quality, and company standards.* Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.* Respond to production needs and coordinate work with engineers and factory leadership.* Liaise with contractors and source essential spares cost-effectively.* Keep the workshop and work areas clean, following toolbox and safety procedures.The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who takes pride in supporting their colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
