We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Multiskilled Engineer based in Central London.

Day to Day for Multiskilled Engineer:

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across domestic properties
• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing HVAC and water systems
• Emergency lighting testing and remedials
• PAT testing and water sampling duties
• General plumbing and water treatment works
• Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA for job management

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or M&E Engineer, ideally with experience working in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
