The site is a critical part of the UK food supply chain, producing products for major retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, M&S, Aldi, and Lidl, and is currently benefiting from significant investment in people, equipment, and processes.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, including cutting machines, packaging lines, and quality control systems such as metal detectors and X-rays. You'll respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the site runs efficiently and safely. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance performance and productivity.
