Maintenance Engineer - Nights (FMCG) Location: Diss, Norfolk Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Nights (12-hour shifts) Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Fast-Paced Production Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same? We're looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at a leading FMCG manufacturer. You'll play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly by carrying out planned maintenance and reacting swiftly to breakdowns. If you thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy solving problems under pressure, this could be the opportunity for you. What you'll be doing: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of production and packaging machinery. Responding to and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime. Supporting continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis. Working with a variety of equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, and control panels. Completing all work to the highest standards in line with health and safety regulations.
