Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of production and packaging machinery. Responding to and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime. Supporting continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis. Working with a variety of equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, and control panels. Completing all work to the highest standards in line with health and safety regulations. Recording all maintenance activity using CMMS systems.

Skills/Qualifications

Qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Multi skilled with an ELECTRICAL or MECHANICAL bias. Experience from any Industrial, manufacturing or armed forces background (RAF, Navy, REME, Marines, British Army). Strong fault-finding skills with a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. Happy to work permanent night shifts.
