What You'll Be Doing (and Loving)

Keeping plant running like clockwork with proactive maintenance and quick, decisive repairs

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults (yes, PLCs and schematics are part of the fun)

Supervising and mentoring the maintenance team so everyone ups their game

Working hand-in-hand with production to plan work without disrupting output

Welding components, installing new kit, and taking ownership of improvements
