Leading the World with Innovative Healthcare Solutions that Enhance Lives Were looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our small, dedicated team. Youll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy production site, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and hygienically. With a strong mechanical background and solid electrical knowledge, youll maintain plant equipment, support new machine integration, and help drive continuous improvement. Youll also manage spare parts inventory, liaise with purchasing, and ensure all activities are logged accurately in our CMMS system. Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime. Monitor plant conditions and report defects. Support engineering projects and CI initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Occasionally travel to other UK sites for maintenance support. Skills & Experience:

Engineering qualification or equivalent. Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments. Strong mechanical skills with electrical/electronic understanding. Competent in CMMS, MS Office, and reading schematics. Familiarity with AutoCAD and safety regulations (LOLER, PUWER, etc.). Experience in fabrication, welding, and laser cutting is a plus.
