Branta are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong skills in air conditioning and electrical maintenance to join a well known reputable facilities management company. This is a mobile role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the North East.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems.\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair faults to minimise downtime across client sites.\n\n * \n\n Support wider facilities maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric, and general building services when required.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all works are carried out to industry standards, including F-Gas and electrical compliance.\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n * \n\n F-Gas 2079 certification (essential).\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition (BS7671) or equivalent electrical qualification.\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within FM or building services.\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of split systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, and chillers.\n\n * \n\n Ability to carry out additional maintenance tasks across building systems.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence (mobile role, van provided).\n\nBenefits\n\n * \n\n Competitive pay with overtime opportunities.\n\n * \n\n Company van, tools, fuel card, and uniform.\n\n * \n\n Training and development opportunities.\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays.\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme and employee benefits.\n\nApply on-line now or contact Astrid Camacho at Branta recruitment for a confidential conversation on (phone number removed)
