Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - FMCG

Location: Harlow, Essex Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £54,000 PA, Overtime + Benefits Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 which is arranged on a rotating pattern

Join a global FMCG manufacturer as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You'll support production lines through planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and reduce downtime

The successful candidate will use your knowledge to maintain and improve the performance of the machines used in day-to-day manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics across production equipment. Complete day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to service level agreements Support electrical repairs and work collaboratively with multi-skilled engineers. Contribute to continuous improvement projects around equipment reliability, safety, and performance Keep accurate maintenance logs, assist with spare parts inventory, and support audit readiness. Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.

Knowledge & Experience:
