• 37 Hours per Week
• Rotating 3-Shift Pattern:
• AM Shift: Mon–Thurs 05:45–13:45, Fri 05:45–10:45
• PM Shift: Mon–Thurs 13:45–21:45, Fri 10:45–15:45
• Night Shift: Mon–Thurs 21:45–05:45, Fri 15:45–20:45

The Role:

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their high-performance, high-precision operation.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Responding to machinery breakdowns and site issues with urgency and professionalism
• Supporting and improving preventative maintenance schedules
• Contributing to safety initiatives and facility enhancement projects
• Working independently and as part of a shift-based team
• Liaising with external contractors while ensuring compliance with company policies

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

• Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with CNC machinery
• Knowledge of drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Desirable:

• 18th Edition wiring regulations certification
• Mechanical skills (e.g., spindle rebuilds, bearing replacements)
• Relevant formal qualification in maintenance (preferred but not essential)
