What You'll Be Doing Carrying out both reactive breakdown repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site. Diagnosing faults and identifying root causes to minimise downtime. Responsible for setting up and installation of machinery. Collaborating with colleagues across shifts to ensure seamless handovers and consistent communication. Supporting and mentoring new starters, sharing knowledge on fault finding and maintenance best practices. Interpreting technical manuals and engineering drawings to aid in troubleshooting. Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping at all times. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting enhancements to maintenance routines.
