Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
to join our team. This is a field-based role primarily covering maintenance and repairs across our retail shops in the East Midlands, with occasional support at our Derby bakery. The position includes on-call duties with additional pay.
Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance, including PPM and emergency repairs. Maintain and repair instore equipment (e.g., ovens, fridges, lighting, plumbing). Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Work closely with store teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate service records. Provide excellent internal customer service. What Were Looking For City & Guilds or NVQ/BTEC in Electrical Maintenance/Installation. 18th Edition (BS 7671:2022) certification. Hands-on experience in maintenance and repairs. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence (essential). Flexible with working hours and occasional out-of-hours work.
