Job Title: Multi-skilled Technician Location: Yatton Pay Range: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) Shift: 3 shift rotation Contract Type: Permanent My client, a leader in advanced manufacturing and automation, is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to join their engineering team at their state-of-the-art site in Yatton. This role is key to ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of CNC-controlled and powder coating processes, supporting production efficiency, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Siemens S7 control systems and related automation platforms, alongside a strong understanding of safety devices and servo drive systems. You'll play an active role in fault finding, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement projects, and supporting the wider operations team. Key Responsibilities – Multi-skilled Technician Work and train with shift Technicians to develop and enhance Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, SCADA, and HMI skills. Perform fault finding and programme adjustments to improve safety, quality, and process efficiency. Maintain and calibrate CNC and powder coating equipment and associated support systems.
