This is a hands-on, mobile role supporting the smooth operation and visual excellence of multiple high-end locations across London.\n\nYou'll be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics are consistently met.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nMaintain and repair building fabric: walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, and fixtures\nCarry out basic HVAC maintenance (AHUs, FCUs) and plumbing tasks (leaks, taps, drains)\nSupport minor carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and general handyman duties\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies\nLiaise with contractors and supervise specialist works\nKeep accurate records of tasks and materials used\nEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal procedures\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external partners\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nProven experience in a similar role within luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end commercial settings\nStrong multi-trade skills with a focus on fabric maintenance and basic building services\nFamiliarity with HVAC systems and basic plumbing\nRefrigeration experience is a strong advantage\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality\nConfident working independently and managing time effectively\nProfessionalism and discretion in live retail environments\n\nDesirable Qualifications\n\nNVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, general maintenance)\nHealth & Safety certifications (e.g., IOSH, CSCS)\nFirst Aid at Work ( but not essential)
