We're seeking a proactive and technically strong Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across all levels of the organisation as well as with external contractors and service providers.

Role Overview:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance, breakdown response, and overall reliability of machinery within the production and packing areas. This role is essential in supporting the production team to ensure operational targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair faults on machinery and small equipment.

Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.

Support and oversee OEM service and repair activities.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
