A market leading food manufacturing company operating in a modern, high-tech production facility in Coventry is looking for Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers to support its growing engineering team. As Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly

Performing both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment

Keeping maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system

Working closely with production to meet daily performance goals

Following safety and repair best practices at all times

Contributing to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

What we’re looking for in a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

Previous experience as an apprenticeship-trained engineer

Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC )

Strong mechanical or electrical skillset

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Positive, proactive mindset and a team player

You will be working 4 on, 4 off shifts – days and nights (12 hour) – 06:30-18:30 and 18:30-06:00 (blocks of 4).
