Multi-Skilled Production Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either bias to join a friendly, skilled team. You’ll be key to keeping the automated machinery running at its best – diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and minimising downtime.

What you’ll do:

  • Fault find and repair across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC systems

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep machinery reliable

  • Support improvements in performance and safety

  • Work as part of a small, supportive engineering team

    • What we’re looking for:

  • Proven maintenance experience with automated machinery

  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

  • Knowledge of motors, drives, and control systems

  • Flexible, safety-focused, and a logical problem-solver

    • Nice to have:

  • 18th Edition or equivalent qualification

  • Experience with PLCs, CNC, and workshop skills (milling, welding, turning)

    • This is a Monday to Friday days role 7am - and salary depending on experience but ranging between £28,000 - £32,000.
