Multi-Skilled Production Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either bias to join a friendly, skilled team. You’ll be key to keeping the automated machinery running at its best – diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and minimising downtime.
What you’ll do:
Fault find and repair across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC systems
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep machinery reliable
Support improvements in performance and safety
Work as part of a small, supportive engineering team
What we’re looking for:
Proven maintenance experience with automated machinery
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
Knowledge of motors, drives, and control systems
Flexible, safety-focused, and a logical problem-solver
Nice to have:
18th Edition or equivalent qualification
Experience with PLCs, CNC, and workshop skills (milling, welding, turning)
This is a Monday to Friday days role 7am - 3.30pm and salary depending on experience but ranging between £28,000 - £32,000
