- Collaborate closely with senior engineers nearing retirement to absorb and document legacy knowledge and processes - Mentor and support the development of junior engineers to strengthen the internal talent pipeline Lead the design and projects for labelling machines, including integration of infeed/outfeed components - Drive continuous improvement through process and product innovation aligned with government R&D incentives Develop standard operational worksheets, engineering templates, and comprehensive parts lists to support efficient scale-up and reduce errors - Aid with enhancement of CAD drawings SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360 etc. Need to have experience on one of these design packages.
