Multi-Skilled Service Engineer (Property Maintenance)

Are you a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer or similar with a background in property maintenance looking to join a property maintenance company with 60+years' experience which focuses on offering quality property solutions across East Anglia.

\n

On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer or similar to join a team of engineers that conduct property maintenance for a variety of different issues such as plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry for student, commercial and residential buildings.

\n

In the role you, as a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer will you handle general maintenance tasks for a variety of issues, ranging from basic carpentry to electrical and plumbing. You will be given a company van and phone and rectify maintenance faults within a 40 miles radius of Cambridge. This also involves travel to the office for schedules/meetings and ensuring accurate records of job completion to help ensure smooth operations.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer with a background in Electrical and Plumbing Service as well as a preferable knowledge of basic carpentry. Alongside this you will a Full UK driving license and have good time management and root problem analysis.
