We are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s busy commercial building maintenance team, who undertake planned and reactive maintenance works at client premises.

About the Role

This is a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the Midlands area. The role includes working on a varied portfolio of commercial and retail buildings as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance, including fault finding, repair and installation of mechanical and electrical services
• Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Be proactive, use your initiative and take ownership of situations
• Ensure all work carried out is done so within the H and S requirements

Remuneration

The role is full time, Mon–Fri, working 40 hours per week. In return for your expertise and hard work you’ll receive:

• Starting salary circa GBP40,000
