Field Based - You'll be onsite covering clients in Berkshire, Surrey, London and Middlesex - ideally based commutable to these areas -£35,000 - £40,000 + benefits

G.R.E. Recruitment is delighted to partner with a growing MSP who are looking to add an experienced Network Deployment Engineer to their expanding Data Centre focused team.

This role is Field based 5 days per week with occasional out of hours and weekend work, it is essential that you have a clean driving licence (all travel expenses are covered). You'll be mostly be onsite covering clients in Berkshire, Surrey, London and Middlesex so it would be ideal if you're based commutable to these areas.

Key Responsibilities of ideal candidate: Someone who has a background in Network installation and has a desire to progress into a broader Network Engineering role. Someone who can perform rack and stack of network and server hardware across data centre and edge sites. Able to carry out structured cabling work (fibre and copper), patching, labelling and cable management. Someone who can perform physical hardware swaps, device testing and onsite diagnostics, Collaborating with Senior Engineers to support project rollouts and troubleshooting.

Skills and experience of ideal candidate would be: 1-3 years experience in network or infrastructure installations (rack and stack, cabling and patching) Understanding of Layer 1-3 networking fundamentals CCNA or CompTIA Network Certified Experience with UPS systems, structured cabling and basic fault finding
