Network Deployment Engineer - Hayes

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for networks and data centres? This is your chance to join a fast-growing team, working on large-scale Cisco networking projects and building the foundation for a rewarding career in network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and installing network & server hardware across data centre and edge sites.
• Structured cabling (fibre & copper), patching, labelling, and cable management
• Supporting hardware configuration and network provisioning
• Maintaining accurate documentation (cabling, IP addresses, asset tracking)
• On-site diagnostics, device swaps, and project support alongside senior engineers
• Field-based role, 4 days per week (occasional weekends/out-of-hours)

What they’re looking for

• Network/infrastructure installation (rack & stack, cabling, patching)
• Cisco Switches, Layer 2
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Layer 1-3)
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with UPS systems, structured cabling & troubleshooting
• Organised, detail-driven, and customer-focused mindset
• UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
