Responsibilities:

• Supporting and installing networks in luxury residential and marine environments
• Working across firewalling, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and cabling
• On-site configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, APs, and structured cabling
• Handling a wide range of vendors including Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, Draytek, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Juniper and more
• Supporting connectivity, cabling, and infrastructure for elite clients
• Working across Clapham HQ and client sites as required

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• CCNA-level knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Solid grasp of the OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, MAC
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting networking gear and cabling
• Understanding of Wi-Fi technologies (802.11) and how to deploy them in real-world environments
• Knowledge of internet delivery methods and Windows operating systems
• Confidence to work on-site, engage with high-end clients, and deliver with precision

Location:

• Based in Clapham, with regular site visits to client properties (mainly London/South East)
