What this Job Entails:

The Network Provisioning Engineer II is the focal point for all internal and external orders required to maintain the network. This position requires the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.

Scope: Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues Works on problems of moderate scope Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects

Your Roles and Responsibilities: Participate in implementation of various software services Review ticket requirements, reserving router interface, assigning patch panel demarcation, designing path, track FOC and DLR, requesting patching between equipment, and ordering cross-connects Track milestones and proactively drive any activities that may jeopardize orders from completing on time Provide thorough and timely status throughout the entire implementation life cycle in the tracking system; including communicating vendor provisioning/install lead times Document service requests, escalate as needed, and provide timely and accurate updates Design, provision, and test delivered services to ensure quality hand-off to internal customers ...
