Role Overview:

Seeking a Manager for the Network Services Customer Solutions team to provide technical pre-sales support across EMEA, working directly with clients and indirectly with partners and regional offices. Responsibilities include delivering presentations, designing solutions, responding to RFPs, and supporting product lifecycle and market feedback.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates have experience in pre-sales or system engineering within financial services or telecoms, with technical expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer requirements and positioning IPC solutions
• Designing customized solutions, including complex integrations
• Responding to RFPs and supporting bids
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Providing feedback for product development

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years in a technical client-facing role, preferably in financial markets
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP preferred
• Knowledge of hosting architectures, server hardware, virtualization, cloud technologies, networking protocols, and security principles
