2nd line support

across Aruba networking technologies (wired, wireless & ClearPass).

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents quickly and effectively.

Working closely with the wider IT team to ensure uptime, performance, and security across all environments.

Supporting project delivery and network upgrades where required.

Acting as the go-to for Aruba-related expertise within the team.
