Overview

Your new role:

• Architecture, Design and Planning of all existing and new network management system, in order to support existing and new networks and services
• Install, configure and maintain all network management systems
• Design, test, and validation of maintenance patches and minor code changes
• Daily administration and troubleshooting of Network Management Systems, and support all related applications
• Production of implementation and technical service documentation
• Provide support to the Customer Service teams

What you’ll need to succeed

• Network management principles, protocols and technologies
• Cloud technologies, VMWare vCenter
