Within the Civil Aerospace there is a vacancy for a MRO Facilities & Equipment Manufacturing/Capability Acquisition Engineer. This is an exciting role that is newly established to support and drive the strategic and commercial expansion of our Aftermarket MRO business, covering both Engine Overhaul and Component Repair Facilities from a technical perspective.

As an Engineering Work Stream lead, you will be responsible for providing initial technical support and guidance for the design, creation and equipping of a world class engine overhaul or component repair facility in line with company strategy. You will act as a Rolls-Royce Engineering liaison working closely with an assigned Project Manager (Engineering Subject Matter Experts or owners in addition to other Works Stream lead's) to ensure that the supplier/vendor or Airline Customer correctly embed suitable infrastructure to support and maintain the MRO Engineering requirements contained within the Rolls-Royce Care Engine Manuals, therefore ensuring the facility integrates and deploys controlled processes and/or methods, which are fully capable of meeting and maintaining airworthiness authorities & RR requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate & Leadtime (SQCD).
