Excellent Benefits & Remuneration Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience) Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays 5% company pension contribution. Secure, long-term employment with ongoing investment in your development What you will be doing as the NPI Engineer / New Product Introduction Engineer Managing customer technical enquiries and reviewing documentation Translating customer requirements into precise product specifications Preparing business cases and presenting to senior management Overseeing all phases of the NPI process, from prototype to production Ensuring accurate completion of all project documentation Attending customer meetings (remotely and occasionally in person) Supporting products throughout their lifecycle, including troubleshooting and assisting quality investigations What you'll need to apply for the NPI Engineer / New Product Introduction Engineer Extensive experience in new product introduction (NPI) within manufacturing. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, Aerospace Engineering, or similar Customer-facing experience, ideally within NPI Good project management skills CAD experience is desirable.
