Electrical Maintenance Engineer (TEMP) – Night Shifts - Canary Wharf, London - FM Service Provider – £26 per hour
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join an established building services company based in Canary Wharf. The role is situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.
Hours of work:
Hours: 19:00pm - 07:00am, 4 on 4 off Temporary Placement NIGHTS ONLY Rate: £26 per hour Immediate start requiredKey Responsibilities
Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance Emergency lighting testing Control panel maintenance Replacing ballasts Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems General M&E and fabric maintenance Logbook updates and compliance reporting Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets) Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systemsRequirements
