We are looking for A mechanical Engineer to perform reactive and preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency without compromising quality. Collaborate closely with site Technicians and Line Leaders to keep all equipment fully operational and ensure that equipment, and machinery are maintained in accordance with company standards.
The position Work closely with the Engineering Supervisors, Engineering Manager, Grader Operations Supervisor, Line Leaders, machinery suppliers and manufacturers to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved Work closely with the Engineering Supervisors to minimise equipment and tool purchases while ensuring all necessary tasks are effectively completed Perform planned preventative maintenance across the site to minimise downtime Ensure effective and timely resolution of breakdowns and issues, with minimal impact on production. Suggest solutions aligned with the engineering strategy to minimise downtime Identify areas for improvement in machine performance Ensure that maintenance, servicing and general duties are carried out, escalating issues to the Engine...
