This is a great opportunity for a maintenance engineer who prefers the consistent night shift over a rotating shift pattern.On the night shift, you will have the opportunity to focus on proactive and planned maintenance and engineering whilst also ensuring production levels are maintained.Responsibilities for the Night Shift EngineerProactive maintenance and site PMsReactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quicklyWorking across both electrical and mechanical faults and maintenanceWorking on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations)Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes machine outputAdhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on siteRequirements for the Night Shift EngineerTime-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subjectExperience working in a Multi skilled role across mechanical and electrical engineeringAbility to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.If you're interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
